Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations and advice on our beauty products, services, and treatments, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge, allowing you to make informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive sales by actively promoting and cross-selling our products and services, utilizing your strong sales skills and product expertise.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, maximizing sales opportunities and creating an inviting shopping environment.
- Process cash transactions and handle daily administrative tasks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.

- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
