Overview
Palm Beach Tan is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, and ensuring they are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
Responsibilities:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our services.
- Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Ensure all company and legal requirements are met while maintaining a clean and organized salon.
- Perform cash handling, opening/closing business duties, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends required.
