About Palm Berries: Palm Berries is a fast-growing acai bowl and blends brand dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious, and nutritious offerings to our community. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing Manager to drive local marketing efforts and increase brand awareness in our Arlington location.
Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. *Build relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, and community organizations for cross-promotional opportunities. *Organize and participate in local events, pop-ups, and sponsorships to drive foot traffic and brand awareness. *Distribute promotional materials and execute grassroots marketing campaigns. *Manage social media collaborations with local influencers and community pages. *Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. *Work closely with the store team to ensure alignment on promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications:

*Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach preferred. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Self-motivated and able to work independently. *Passion for health, wellness, and the food industry. *Knowledge of the Arlington market and local community is a plus. *Access to reliable transportation for fieldwork.
