Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cheerleading Coach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in all star cheerleading and a commitment to educating young athletes in cheerleading techniques, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role requires a dynamic individual who can inspire and motivate cheerleaders while ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.
This position includes front desk responsibilities and keeping our gym clean.
Duties
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance cheerleading skills, including stunts, jumps, tumbling, and choreography.
- Educate athletes on the fundamentals of cheerleading, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize practices, competitions, and events while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Manage behavior effectively during practices and events to maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, school officials, and other coaches to promote the cheer program.
- Provide feedback and guidance to athletes on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all skill levels.
- Front desk management and facility cleaning
Experience
- Previous experience in all star cheer coaching is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide young athletes.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
