Entry Level Account Manager

Palm FL Cpt in Orlando is looking for enthusiastic entry-level professionals who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills through our Leadership Development Program. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will gain exposure to a well-rounded blend of leadership development, management strategies, and operational knowledge. This position is ideal for individuals who aspire to lead but may lack the current skill set, providing the tools and experience needed to make an impact in a thriving industry.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline representative for our clients, specifically in collaboration with one of Florida's largest auto glass companies.
• Assess auto glass/windshield damage, prepare estimates, and assist in filing insurance claims, ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
• Promote customer satisfaction by engaging with clients and attentively addressing their needs.
• Develop and manage lead generation efforts, create proposals, and maintain ongoing account management to support future business acquisition.
• Create action plans to enhance productivity, devise strategies to differentiate products and services, improve sales performance, and foster a strong team culture.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an Account Manager, Customer Service or Sales position preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Compensation Package:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
