- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly in hotel or residential cleaning environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
