Summary

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in level 3b NICU procedures and be comfortable with the demands of a high-census unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients based on their unique needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active NJ License
• At least 2 years of experience in level 3b NICU procedures
