Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Nocturnal Hospitalist Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our hospitalist team in South Carolina, just one hour from Savannah, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admission assessments, daily rounds, and management of acute medical conditions.
- Closely collaborate with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and formulate treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and contribute to the development of patient care protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current and unrestricted South Carolina state license and national certification (NP or PA).
- Proven experience in a Hospitalist or inpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
