Palm Health Resources is a full-service healthcare facility serving eastern and central New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathologist for locums coverage to support our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in frozen section analysis, rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens, surgical pathology sign-out, and cytopathology sign-out. With an annual lab volume of 7000 cases per day, the successful pathologist will manage a patient load of 20-25 cases daily.
We offer flexible scheduling with daily 8am-5pm coverage, plus night and weekend call as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a permanent staff member or as a locum tenens pathologist.
To be considered, you must hold a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, complete a residency in Anatomic Pathology from an accredited medical school and program, and obtain board certification from the American Board of Pathology (ABP) in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology. A New Jersey Medical license is also required. Proficiency in EPIC EMR and CAP and CLIA Certification are essential.
