Palm Health Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Critical Care Coverage Provider to join our team in Northern NJ. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our MICU and Step Down units.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and managing patients with complex medical conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of New Jersey
- Board certification in adult or pediatric critical care nursing
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care settings
