In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to ensure efficient and effective business operations. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, operations, and management, to ensure that Salesforce is tailored to meet the needs of our staffing processes, enhance productivity, and improve client and candidate relationships.
We are looking for a high-energy and hard working Technology Administrator to support our recruitment sales team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks necessary to drive sales success. You will organize sales-related documentation and provide administrative support to our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist sales staff with data entry into various systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
- Assist with setting up New Hires on technology platforms and helping to run candidates through the system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client billing interactions, and transactions.
- Problem solving
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a timely start of placed candidates.
- Posting jobs to our job boards.
- Sending confirmation letters to clients and candidates.
- Help Desk and Provide Basic IT Support duties for basic computer problems in congruency with our IT partner. You will be the go-between to help fix computer malfunctions.
- Adept in CRMs and database management
- Creating Report support in Salesforce as needed by tracking sales team members’ metrics and reporting to the leadership team.
- Review and process all pending placement orders, extension requests, and team documentation into the database.
- Assist CEO with database data entry projects and organization.
- Design, present, and utilize client E-mail / Phone Marketing Campaign’s.
- Initiate and manage new employee desk set ups for Sales Teams.
- Work with the CEO, leadership team, and account managers to continue growing and understanding the workflow of the recruiting industry.
- Daily communication and cross training with the Sales and Marketing team
- We are a small dynamic team and other projects and needs within the sales team can and will arise throughout the year.
- This position reports to CEO and Director of Recruitment Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of experience providing Administrative/Sales Support
- 3 years of strong computer technical experience
- Experience utilizing excellent written and oral business communication skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
