Position Overview :

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival and check them out at departure.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about Palm House services and amenities.
  • Assist with reservations and provide recommendations for local attractions.
  • Ensure that guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest complaints or issues with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficient with computer systems and booking software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds (e.g., luggage).
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
  • Grooming
