Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Sexton. The Sexton plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facilities, ensuring that all areas are prepared for services and events. This position requires a strong sense of duty, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the facility, including restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Set up and take down for services, events, and meetings as required.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, landscaping, and groundskeeping.
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available for use.
- Monitor the facility for safety hazards and report any issues to management.
- Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards service.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $16.54 - $20.00 per hour
