Our goal is to get you into production within a few weeks. After onboarding, our comprehensive training continues with sessions held multiple times a week, covering topics such as roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more – all conducted both in-person and via Zoom.

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
- Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers.
- Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
- Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
- Listing requests: Imagine receiving validated requests from clients looking to possibly sell their homes.
- A compensation plan that makes achieving a six-figure income entirely achievable.
