Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital is located in Titusville, Florida minutes from Cape Canaveral. Palm Point Behavioral Health treats adults, children and adolescents that suffer from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including, depression, anxiety and substance abuse in a modern and well-appointed facility. Palm Point behavioral health offers inpatient treatment options and serve communities in Brevard County and beyond. Titusville, located on Florida’s Space Coast, is approximately 30-miles north of historic Cocoa Beach, and 40-miles east of Orlando’s famous theme parks. In Titusville, you can tour the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and Canaveral National Seashore. The The Director of Risk Management/Performance Improvement is responsible for clinical identification, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective action related to risk issues and creating methods to avoid, eliminate and/or reduce risk situations associated with the provision of patient care and services. Leads improvement of clinical outcomes through program evaluation and quality improvement functions including monitoring programs for compliance with quality standards, implementing tools used for programs and service evaluation, and organizing data collection and information analysis.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. An Active RN license or other healthcare licensure in the State of Florida preferred. Experience in clinical leadership role and in PI or Risk Management preferred.
