What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Manager position at Palm Property Management?
We are looking for a highly motivated, capable Leasing Manager to present and lease properties to prospective lessors, and someone who is up for a challenge. You will be working in an office taking calls for work orders, contacting leads, providing tours for prospective residents and doing renewals for current residents. We are currently in lease up mode, and are seeking a candidate who is energetic and motivated. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates, while providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents alike.
Commission structure is in place for new move ins and lease renewals.
Must have reliable transportation. Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
