Join the team at one of Southern California’s longest standing Family-Owned vehicle retailers, serving the Coachella Valley and beyond since 2002.
We are seeking a professional to offer a premium experience in Sales to Palm Springs Subaru patrons that have expressed interest in new Subaru or quality pre-owned vehicle ownership. Provide 5-star expert-guided vehicle features presentation and complete driving experience as a Palm Springs Subaru product specialist. This is a full-time, on-site role at Palm Springs Subaru with dedicated workspace, tools, and training provided by the company.

Strong communication skills via email, text, and phone are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate and sustain connections with both new and established clientele
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product details
- Foster product awareness through continued training
- Uphold top-notch customer service and deliver a 5-star experience
- Effectively operate software systems for sales procedures and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with Sales team and management to ensure a positive, seamless experience for our customers
- Conclude sales transactions using established protocols for customer retention
- Extend additional support as required for customers and sales operations
Requirements:

- Must be able to obtain Automotive Sales License

Pay Plan:
- The average Salesperson's estimated compensation is $60-$70k/year.
- Our best Salespeople earn well over $100k annually.
Schedule: Full-time
- 5 day work week @ 45 hours per week
- Weekends Required
