JOB DESCRIPTION
This internship involves actively assisting Palm Tran's Performance Management Division by applying academic concepts to real-world situations. The intern will collaborate closely with professionals and executives within the Performance Management Division. Responsibilities may encompass independently gathering, analyzing, documenting, and presenting performance metrics to evaluate internal business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, motivated, eager to learn, and possess strong attention to detail. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential. Work is conducted under general supervision and evaluated through discussions and observations of achieved outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent recognized certification (GED). Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with major course work in finance, accounting, statistics, business, public administration, planning, human resources or related field. Basic computer knowledge. Some knowledge of writing, editing and data collection experience.
