Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) :
- Minimum of 2 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Prior experience in staff development (i.e. : hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
