120 beds sub-acute and long term care, working with an existing ADON and Nurse Educator team. Excellent home with strong leadership.
Director of Clinical Services (DON)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring
high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve nursing
practices and enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient
care and ensure effective communication across departments
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring,
training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,
professional growth, and employee satisfaction
Oversees and coordinates the clinical operations of the facility
implementing shared governance and relationship-based care in all
departments as assigned by the Administrator
Qualifications:
- Valid state RN nursing license; BSN a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership or management
role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliancerequirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire
a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in
a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
