Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient visits.
- Perform basic clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering injections, and conducting X-ray procedures as needed.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Support the healthcare team in managing patient flow efficiently within the clinic.
- Participate in maintaining compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with working in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus.
- Experience in geriatrics will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
- Proficiency in using medical software and EHR systems is beneficial.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
