In this executive role, you will leverage your extensive network and expertise in executive search to identify and engage leaders who share our passion for making a positive impact. You will collaborate closely with the Palm Venture Studios leadership team, scoping roles and owning the recruiting process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, designing interviews, driving the hiring decision-making process, extending an offer, and closing through any negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry leaders, to ensure a steady pipeline of highly qualified talent.
- Use PVS applicant tracking system and prospecting vendors to source competitive candidates, and continuously enhance our sourcing and recruitment efforts with new tools or ways of reaching top candidates.
- Design and implement compelling recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives for our portfolio companies that align with our mission and attract top talent.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and continually improve our talent acquisition processes.
