About the Role: Nurture, Care, and Inspire

Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, fun environment for little ones? As a Childcare Attendant, you’ll be a cornerstone of our KinderClub operations, ensuring parents can enjoy our world-class facilities knowing their children are cared for. This entry-level position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your Daily Adventures (Essential Duties):

· Create Magic: Provide a clean, safe, and entertaining environment where children can thrive and enjoy their time.

· Check-In Pro: Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate attendance records.

· Safety First: Monitor childcare areas vigilantly, following safety protocols and maintaining a secure environment.

· Play, Laugh, Learn: Engage with children through activities, games, and reading using age-appropriate materials provided by the club.

· Be the Hero: Report and respond promptly to injuries or illnesses, informing parents and completing necessary documentation.

· Build Bonds: Communicate effectively with parents, orienting them on club policies while building positive relationships.

· Keep It Clean: Perform light janitorial tasks such as sanitizing toys, organizing childcare areas, and ensuring the space is tidy.

· Team Spirit: Attend staff meetings, assist with training new attendants, and collaborate with the childcare manager to improve operations.

What It Takes to Excel (Physical Demands):

· Frequently move, lift, and hold infants and children weighing 20-25 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

· Remain active and engaged, whether walking, standing, or playing alongside the children.

· Maintain focus and agility in a moderately noisy environment.

What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications):

· High school diploma or equivalent, along with three to six months of relevant experience or training.

· A clean criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

· One year of experience as a childcare provider.

· Current certifications in Infant and Child First Aid and CPR through a nationally accepted program.
