Your Recipe for Success (Key Responsibilities):
· Masterfully execute recipes according to Sous Chef’s specifications.
· Produce impeccable dishes that balance flavor, creativity, and efficiency.

· Uphold food safety standards, maintain a spotless workspace, and minimize waste.
· Safeguard kitchen equipment and ensure it’s in peak condition.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):
· A self-starter with a fiery passion for culinary excellence.
· Independent thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments.
· A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
Minimum Ingredients (Must-Haves):
· Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18 years old).
· At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles.
· Proficiency in Grill, Fry, Sauté, and Pantry stations.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
