A Salary from $95,000 per year.
Area Coverage: East Valley, Arizona
As a FULL TIME Palmeira Home Health Clinical Care Coordinator, you can expect:
- Competitive, bi-weekly pay: Depending on Home Health experience
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile for any visits to patients

Requirements:
- 2 years active or recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Home Health setting
- Possess a Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona
- Must have an experience in wound care, vacs care, ostomy care, and IV administration
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others:
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
