Area Coverage: Eastbay
An MSW per visit rate of $125.00.
As a PER DIEM Palmeira Home Health Medical Social Worker, you can expect:
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile
- New Hire training for 1-3 days

Requirements:
- Master's Degree Diploma in the field of Social Work
- 6 months of experience as a Social Worker
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization Records: Tdap, Varicella, HepB, and MMR
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others:
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
- With Home Health Care experience preferred
