Starting per visit rate from $110.00.
As a PER DIEM Palmeira Home Health Occupational Therapist, you can expect:
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile
- New Hire training for 1-3 days

Requirements:
- At least 1 year active or recent experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably in Home Health
- Possess a Valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of California
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others:
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
