Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
