We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and administrative support, with a focus on communication between clients and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support, including coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform technical analysis of lead and scope data
- Proofread documents and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Field and initiate telephone calls, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with iOS (iPad) for efficient mobile office operations.
- Experience with editing and design applications to create and enhance documents.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) for seamless collaboration and communication.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to double-check work and validate the accuracy of information.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes and procedures.
