What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator position at Palmer Distribution Services Inc?
We are seeking an eager, enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This position will require experience in full cycle recruiting; from job positing, social media posting, applicant searches, job fairs, phones screenings, coordinating interviews all the way to the onboarding process. The coordinator will also assist others in the department with other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Create job postings for the Company
- Review applicants in applicant tracking system
- Conduct phone screening and coordinate interviews
- The ability to target and find talent for professional roles via social media and employment platforms is a plus
- Determine employment eligibility through background checks, MVR, and drug testing
- Work closely with hiring site managers/supervisors to gain an understanding of the their hiring needs
- Coach hiring site managers/supervisors on recruitment practices
- Assist in other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Ability to multi-task
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills; accuracy
- Professional Communication skills; verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organization
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- At least 2-years recruiting and Human Resources experience required
- High School Diploma, G.E.D.
- College degree a plus
