- Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating personnel in conjunction with Human Resources and senior management.
- Direct employees engaged in sales or performing specific services such as credit returns and warranty claims.
- Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
- Assist outside sales reps as requested.
- 1-2 years prior inside sales experience
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
