Customer Service Associate/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Process transactions accurately in cash or transaction cards.
• Maintain an organized work area to promote a professional environment.
• Assist all other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Operate an in-office telephone system, respond to emails, and accurately communicate information with patients and clinical staff.
• Utilize basic math skills to manage transactions and provide accurate change.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a medical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
• Familiarity with basic check-out processes and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Basic math skills are required for transaction processing.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will contribute to your success in this role.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
