Job Title: IT, Web Developer Manager
Department: Administration
Reports To: VP of Human Resources
Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional after-hours work and availability for emergencies.
Summary:
The IT, Web Developer Manager leads the IT department, focusing on planning and directing network development, website design, coding, and web application maintenance. The role also involves team management, vendor relations, strategic planning, and overseeing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT department operations and ensure proper communication and equipment functionality.
- Develop and implement strategic IT plans aligning with corporate goals.
- Supervise staff, providing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Implement IT policies and best practices.
- Interact with vendors and manage contracts.
- Oversee web development projects and ensure responsive, secure, and optimized websites.
- Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams on website direction and perform routine audits and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET (C#), SQL, web security, and web technologies (jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, etc.).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS), Sitefinity CMS, and WordPress.
- Leadership skills, strong communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in mobile app development, SEO, and UX/UI design is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS.
- Familiarity with cloud services and Sitefinity CMS.
- Experience with SEO, Git, and responsive design.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Web Development.
- Ability to pass a PERC Education Program (PEP).
Additional:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and work in various physical conditions.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
