What you will do:

• Lead and manage sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management activities
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery
• Implement best practices to optimize supply chain processes
• Utilize and optimize ERP systems within the Supply Chain function
• Collaborate with various departments to support company strategies and customer requirements
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to achieve business goals
• Manage the departmental budget and participate in planning processes
• Coach and develop team members

What you will need to be successful:

• Degree in supply chain management, business management, or a related field
• 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong sourcing, negotiating, and communication skills
• Proven success in process improvement and leading change
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
