What you will do:
- Take ownership of high volume end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from talent attraction through to job offer and onboarding. This includes role scoping, advertising, screening and assessing candidates, arranging interviews, feedback, and job offers
- Source candidates through a variety of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, recruitment agencies, universities, networking, referrals, etc.
- Build and maintain partnership relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their business area and key skills
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with both internal and external candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
- Contribute strongly as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team
What you will need to be successful:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
