The growth our client is experiencing requires an additional Civil / Structural Engineer to join their team, working on projects of all sizes and scopes in heavy industrial, agriculture, energy, mining, and municipal sectors. What you will do :

• Design and analyze structures using engineering calculations and software
• Prepare calculations and specifications for projects
• Start CAD drawings or markup drawings for drafters (AutoCAD & Revit)
• Collaborate with engineers in the office or contractors and other professionals on project design needs
• Go on-site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

What you will need to be successful :

• PE in civil or structural engineering or an FE with the ability to attain PE within 1 year
• Experience with industrial projects preferred. Commercial projects in related fields will be considered
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborates well in a small office and is excited about going on-site to learn
