Work model :What you will do :
- Provide superior customer service
- Manage multiple requests in a timely and complete manner
- Coordinate with carriers on quote statuses and gathering information
- Act as liaison between customers, carriers, and internal team
- Prepare compelling proposals in collaboration with producers
- Maintain accurate and compliant records with confidentiality
- Commercial Lines experience required
- Prior strong experience marketing a new business
- State of Iowa Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Passion for a team environment
