What you will do:
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineers who conduct site surveys and services for various construction projects
- Communicate and collaborate with project owners, outside construction leaders, field engineers, and company leadership
- Travel daily to job sites in and around DSM, with occasional further travel
- Network to develop and grow the business, deliver project and informational presentations, and be active in the community
What you will need to be successful:
- Civil engineering degree with a geotechnical background
- 8 years of civil/construction experience
- Proactive and takes initiative with projects
- Willing to take ownership of tasks with a solutions-based approach
- Works well in teams and maintains professionalism in interactions with contractors and project owners
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
