A longstanding manufacturer in the Cedar Rapids area is looking to add an Electrical and Mechanical Technician to its growing team. Work model :What you will do :
- Maintain and troubleshoot facility equipment- this includes electrical, mechanical, and facility repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Read and understand mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic blueprints and schematics
- Demonstrate proficiency with machining, weldments, and fabrication
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year vocational technical degree or a minimum of five years of related experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Experience with dissembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment
- Vision, health, and dental insurance
- 401k
