Job Description
Palmer Group is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at managing complex schedules / calendars and confidential information. This role will require proficiency in building reports and graphs in Excel and utilizing Microsoft Office to create presentations and templates.

Work model :What you will do :
- Manage multiple calendars and workflow priorities for the senior leadership team
- Communicate with leaders regarding upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, collect material for meetings, and take minutes as necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, handling sensitive and confidential information
- Schedule and organize time-sensitive administrative projects
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and documentation
- Coordinate travel, maintain records and expense reports
- Screen incoming calls as well as incoming mail, publications, and correspondence
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of related administrative support experience
- Ability to handle personal and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization skills are required, must be extremely detail-oriented
