As an Industrial Engineer, you'll participate in the conception, execution, and oversight of engineering initiatives to enhance manufacturing methodologies, operations, and processes. Your role is crucial in enabling efficient product manufacturing, reducing costs, improving product quality, and increasing distribution throughput and productivity, all while prioritizing safety performance. Work model :What you will do :
- Ensure alignment of processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with safety, delivery, quality, and cost objectives
- Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems and create cost-effective solutions
- Oversee installation and process improvement projects, including productivity and technology enhancements
- Complete all project assignments within the established scope, budget, and schedule
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is mandatory
- Possess 2 years of practical, hands-on experience (experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes is a plus)
- Demonstrate willingness to proactively engage in tasks and take necessary actions to achieve desired outcomes consistently
