In the Personal Injury Legal Assistant role, you will manage all pre-litigation case phases, from client treatment to communication with clients and adjusters. Work model :What you will do :
- Oversee all pre-litigation case phases, including client treatment and communication with clients and adjusters
- Conduct initial client intakes to gather pertinent case information
- Maintain organized case files, ensuring all documentation is current and readily accessible
- Prepare and review legal correspondence and draft and send demand packages and other communications to adjusters under the attorney's direction
- Communicate with clients daily to guide them through the case process
- Collaborate with attorneys and the pre-litigation team to develop case strategies and provide support during negotiations
- Schedule appointments and phone calls
- 1-3 years experience in a legal setting with a focus on pre-litigation case management
- Demonstrated attention to detail in handling case files and documentation
- Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative setting
