Palmer Group has an excellent role for candidates looking for a fully remote position in Property Preservation. Our client has multiple contract-to-hire opportunities as a Preservation Coordinator and is looking for candidates with one to two years of experience in a professional office environment. Candidates are required to live in either Iowa or Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Handle work orders on properties in accordance with an investor, customer, and local requirements
- Review submitted estimates
- Process property preservation completions and estimate synopsis of all work completed for the property to the client
- Assign photos from work completed and estimates received
- Document all actions taken on property preservation completions and estimates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Expert math and analytical skills
- Experience in residential construction is preferred
Work Model:
- Remote
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
