Job Description
This professional services company with an award-winning culture is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team due to a promotion. In this role, you will be supporting the entire company and responsible for the close process, budgeting, and other ad-hoc accounting needs. Candidates with a public accounting (audit) background and experience in manufacturing will be highly preferred. If this interests you, apply today!
Work model :
On-site or Hybrid
What you will do :
Assist with the close process monthly, quarterly, and annually
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist with and prepare management financial reports
Participate and lead divisional projects related to controls, accounting, and data integrity
Compile audit requests for information and documentation
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill requests and contractual needs
What you will need to be successful :
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proven experience in auditing within a public accounting environment is highly preferred but not required
