What You’ll Do
As a Flat Panel Laser Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring that every cut, every detail, and every product meets our high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and programming flat panel laser cutting machines for precision fabrication.
- Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
- Utilizing precision measuring tools (calipers, verniers, etc.) for quality control.
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and hit production goals.
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized to uphold manufacturing standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Minimum one year in CNC operation, programming, and editing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, operate machinery, and use measuring tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, great communication, and a teamoriented mindset.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
