What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the heart of our mission- helping customers diagnose, repair, and restore heavy-duty equipment. Your work will include:
- Diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks, equipment, and components
- Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solutions
- Performing both in-house and field repairs
Are You the Right Fit?
Ask yourself these questions- If you answer "YES!", then we want to hear from you!
- Do you have 5-7 years' experience working with heavy duty equipment?
- Do you have engine work experience as a diesel or automotive technician?
- Do you have a technical degree in diesel or automotive (preferred but required)?
- Are you skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles?
- Are you able to work independently with minimal or no guidance, while also collaborating in a team environment?
- Are you able to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics?
- Do you have a willingness to work hard and learn from others?
- Do you have a valid driver's license?
- Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?
- Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?
