Experienced Salt Truck Crew Leader

This is an on call position. This means the schedule will be flexible with no guaranteed days or hours.  Applicant needs to be flexible and available nights, days, weekends and holidays during snow events.  The position is responsible for driving a dump truck with a Salt Spreader for pre-treatment and ice removal.  Experience in Commercial Snow Removal is required.

You must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job :

• Experience driving in all winter weather conditions.
• Respond to communications about upcoming snow events.
• Monitor the weather to be aware of upcoming snow events.
• Safely drive a snowplow truck or salt truck in various severe weather conditions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Salary : $22 - $27
