Position : Test and Balance Technician - Technician Assistant
Summary : As a Test and Balance Technician Assistant, you will collaborate with a team to complete test and balancing projects successfully. Under the guidance of a certified TAB technician, project manager, or lead technician, you will contribute to the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.
No experience necessary, only a willingness to learn, grow, and develop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all internal and external safety policies
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Assist in performing test, adjustment, and balancing work on projects
- Support lead technician in documenting test and balance reports
- Assist in preparing preliminary and final field balancing logs
- Contribute to written reports on system installation function and design deficiencies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Manage time sheets and expense reports
- Expand knowledge through self-study and company training programs
