Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Support the HR team with onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Attending job fairs and recruitment events. Overnight travel may be required ocassionaly.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Director to understand staffing needs and requirements.
