Palmetto Care Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hialeah, Florida is seeking an experienced bi-lingual (Spanish) reliable and concientious person with a background in hospitality and a "can do" attitude for a position as a Healthcare Concierge.

- Enhance Resident Experience: Improve the quality of life for residents by providing exceptional concierge services tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Increase Resident Satisfaction: Strive to consistently exceed resident expectations, fostering a positive environment where residents feel valued and supported.
- Build Positive Relationships: Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff members, promoting a sense of community and trust within the skilled nursing facility.
- Establish Communication Channels: Establish clear communication channels between concierge staff, residents, families, and other departments within the facility to facilitate seamless coordination and responsiveness to resident requests.
- Foster a Culture of Hospitality: Promote a culture of hospitality and customer service excellence among concierge staff, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to meeting resident needs and exceeding expectations.
Shift: 9a-5p Monday thru Friday
